- Player: control tooltips now open ABOVE the button (no downward viewport clip);
keyboard use also reveals the auto-hidden controls (wake() on keydown); added a
Download button that downloads the ORIGINAL physical file (no re-encode/repackage,
Content-Disposition attachment via GET /stream/{rk}/file?download=1).
- Plex cards: hover affordance shows what a click does (Play / Resume / Open show)
+ a quick watched/unwatched toggle (stopPropagation, no playback) — mirrors the
YT-feed card quick-actions. New plex i18n keys en/hu/de.
- Verified in a real browser: card hover Play overlay + watched toggle (marks watched
without opening), player download button present, tooltip-above, keyboard reveals
controls, correct durations (Enola Holmes 3 = 1:48:04).
- NOTE: 'The Three Diablos' showing 13:05 was NOT a bug — it is a 13-min short (file
ffprobe = 785s); the 1h42m film is 'The Last Wish'.
- backend: GET /api/plex/item/{rk} detail (metadata, cast + intro/credit markers
from Plex, episode prev/next, per-user resume+status); POST /item/{rk}/progress
(resume checkpoint, near-end→watched) + /state (new|watched|hidden).
- frontend PlexPlayer.tsx (lazy, pulls hls.js): full-page player over the Plex
module. Direct files stream raw <video>; remux via hls.js on the seek-restart
session — custom controls map the ABSOLUTE timeline over the session offset, and a
seek beyond the loaded region restarts the session at the target. Play/pause/resume
/restart, ±10s seek, prev/next episode (Shift+←/→), volume, windowed/fullscreen,
full keyboard, Skip intro/Skip credits from markers (shaded on the seekbar),
auto-advance + watched-on-end, resume from saved position, 10s progress checkpoints.
- PlexBrowse: card/episode click opens the player as a history subview (browser Back
returns to the grid/show). api client (plexItem/plexSession/plexProgress/plexSetState)
+ types; plex.player.* i18n en/hu/de. hls.js@^1.6.16.
- Verified over HTTP: detail w/ markers+cast+episode-nav, progress persist. Video
playback itself is pending browser UAT. Subtitle/audio track SELECTION deferred.
Per user feedback: promote Plex from a hidden feed-Source option to a first-class
left-nav module, with its own filter sidebar and the shared top search box.
- Plex is now a nav-rail module (page='plex', gated on me.plex_enabled) — its own
page → correct browser Back/Forward; removed the Feed Source-dropdown 'plex' hack.
- PlexSidebar.tsx: left filter column (library scope, watch-state for movies:
all/unwatched/in_progress/watched, sort) — per-account persisted (App state).
- Header search box now also serves the Plex page (integrated search); the live
YouTube-search escalation stays feed-only.
- PlexBrowse.tsx reworked: infinite scroll (IntersectionObserver, no 'Load more'),
content-visibility for smoother long-list scroll, show drill-down rides history
(useHistorySubview) so Back returns to the grid; dropped the stray 'YouTube feed'
button on the show page.
- backend /browse gains a per-user watch-state filter (show=, movies only).

Note: episode-title 'Episode N' on some shows (e.g. Westworld) is Plex-side
(unmatched show) — we mirror what Plex has; Match/Refresh in Plex + re-sync fixes it.
- PlexBrowse.tsx: self-contained Plex mode (library scope tabs, own search +
sort, poster-card grid with watch state + playability tint, paged; show →
seasons/episodes drill-down). Playback announces (P2 wires the real player).
- Feed source dropdown gains a 'Plex' option (gated on me.plex_enabled); App
swaps <Feed> for <PlexBrowse> when librarySource==='plex' so the video-feed
hooks don't run in Plex mode. me exposes plex_enabled.
- api client (plexLibraries/plexBrowse/plexShow/plexImageUrl) + types; librarySource
union + share-URL restore gain 'plex'; new plex i18n namespace en/hu/de.
- Verified over HTTP (authed): libraries, browse+FTS, image proxy 200 image/jpeg.
The Downloads config group was added to the registry without field translations,
so it showed raw keys. Adds label+hint for all 9 download_* fields, matching the
Plex group's treatment.
- ConfigPanel 'plex' group auto-renders; adds a Test-connection button + a
library-picker (checked sections write plex_libraries, applied on Save)
- api.testPlex + PlexTestResult/PlexSection types
- i18n config namespace: plex group + 7 fields + test strings (en/hu/de);
also fills the previously-missing 'downloads' group label
Two saved-to-account playback settings on the player's prev/next bar (any queued
player — feed or playlist): Auto-advance (Off/Next/Prev/Random — what plays when a
video ends) and Loop (Off / One = repeat the current video / All = wrap the list
at its ends; a single-item list repeats). Stored in users.preferences
(playerAutoAdvance/playerLoop), read from the cached me + written via savePrefs so
they apply everywhere and survive reloads.
The feed's player queue is now the live filtered feed with the watch-state filter
NOT applied — marking the current video watched keeps it in the sequence (no
reindex/reload mid-play), while a hidden video still drops out. Removes the old
frozen-queue workaround and the boolean autoAdvance prop. i18n en/hu/de.
Every download now records the clean source page URL and shows it on the
Downloads page (open in a new tab, or copy to clipboard). The worker stores
yt-dlp's canonical webpage_url on the asset (migration 0043 adds
media_assets.source_webpage_url); the serializer prefers it and falls back to a
URL derived from source_kind+source_ref, so YouTube, external YouTube links and
external URLs (e.g. Facebook reels) all get a correct reference, and queued/older
rows work before the worker fills it. Edit clips return null (a clip's source is
the user's own earlier download, not a web page). i18n en/hu/de.
A shared-with-me item only had a download button. Add two actions (Share is intentionally NOT
offered — no chain re-sharing of someone else's file):
- Edit: the editor now accepts an accessible (owned OR shared) source, so editing a shared video
produces the editor's OWN clip in their library (counts against their quota, fully theirs
including share); the source file is only read. Route uses _accessible_job.
- Remove from my list: DELETE /api/downloads/shared/{job_id} deletes only the recipient's share
grant — the owner's job and physical file are untouched (per-user dismissal).
i18n en/hu/de. Verified in a real browser (edit a shared 70-min video → own 2:31 clip; remove
confirm shows 'won't delete the owner's file').
The admin System tab only listed users with an existing footprint, so a quota could be set only
after someone downloaded something. Add a 'Set a user's quota…' picker (over /api/admin/users,
excl. demo) beside the Per-user footprint heading that opens the quota editor for ANY user — the
quota GET/PUT endpoints already resolve defaults + create a row on demand, so no backend change.
Also show an empty-state line when no one has a footprint yet. i18n en/hu/de.
The download-center GC job showed its raw id 'download_gc' with a raw-key tooltip, unlike every
other job. Add its label ('Download cleanup') + description to scheduler i18n (en/hu/de), and make
the job tooltip fall back to empty for any job lacking a description (so a future/edge job never
shows a raw 'scheduler.jobDesc.*' key — also fixes demo_reset).
Rework the share dialog into two clear modes and add the public /watch player page:
- ShareDialog: (A) 'Share with a user' — autocomplete picker over registered users (was a blind
email box that 404'd on non-users); (B) 'Share a link' — create/list/copy/revoke public links
with allow-download toggle, optional expiry (1/7/30d), optional password; per-link view count.
- WatchPage: standalone login-free player at /watch/<token> (routed in main.tsx like /privacy),
self-contained mini-i18n (en/hu/de by browser language); password gate → unlock → play; shows a
Download button only when the link allows it.
- api: ShareLink/ShareRecipient types + link CRUD + recipients; share i18n (en/hu/de).
Verified end-to-end in a real browser: user picker, link create, public playback, stream-only vs
downloadable, password gate + unlock, no console errors.
Rework VideoEditor around a segment cut-list: N draggable cut markers → segments, per-segment
keep/drop (eye toggle + dropped hatch), output = Separate files (one job per kept segment) or
Join into one (segments cut-list → one concatenated file). Per-segment numeric Start/End inputs.
Filmstrip fixed: aspect-correct tiles (no vertical squish) + YouTube-style hover-scrub thumbnail
from the sprite. EditSpec.segments type; editor v2 i18n (en/hu/de). Verified end-to-end in a real
browser (3-segment split, drop middle, join → 0:12 clip from a 0:19 source).
VideoEditor modal on a finished Library download: HTML5 <video> scrubber, filmstrip timeline
(lazy server storyboard sprite) with draggable in/out handles, draggable/resizable crop overlay,
per-edit Precise (re-encode) vs Fast (stream-copy) cut toggle, split-into-N fan-out (N trim jobs),
optional clip name. Edited clips show a 'Clip' badge; 'editing' phase gets a % bar. New api
enqueueEdit/downloadStoryboard/storyboardImageUrl + EditSpec type; editor i18n (en/hu/de).
ffmpeg post-steps have no byte-progress, so instead of a silent 'Processing' the row now names
the current step (Merging / Extracting audio / Embedding thumbnail / Removing sponsors / Writing
metadata) with an indeterminate pulse. Byte-progress phases (video/audio) keep the % bar.
i18n en/hu/de.
The progress bar looked broken (95% -> 5% -> recount) because yt-dlp downloads the video and
audio streams separately (each 0->100%) then merges — with no indication of which step is
running. Now:
- worker labels the phase from the stream codecs (video / audio) and via a postprocessor hook
(merging / processing), so the user sees what's happening
- DownloadCenter shows the phase as the status and renders an indeterminate pulse (no bogus %)
during merge/processing; phase i18n en/hu/de
- yt-dlp retries (3) + fragment_retries (5) so transient network blips self-heal instead of
failing the job (seen once as a DNS 'No address associated with hostname' error)
Verified: phase transitions queued -> video -> processing -> done.
Add an accent-tinted 'Free and open source' band between the app preview and the feature grid
— a short line about reading the code / self-hosting / filing an issue, linking to the public
repo. The compact footer link stays. Trilingual.
Restructure the app shell into three top-level columns:
- The per-user sync status (video counts + live sync state) moves from the top bar to a
compact block at the top of the left nav rail (icon-only with a tooltip when collapsed).
- The feed's Mine/Library scope toggle moves to the top of the filter sidebar.
- The filter sidebar becomes a full-height sibling column with its own collapse control
(a thin rail carrying the active-filter count), mirroring the nav rail. The top bar is
now just the feed search / page title.
- Both panels' collapsed state is persisted to the user's preferences (server-side, so it
follows the account across devices), seeded from a localStorage cache to avoid a flash.
Default: both panels open.
- A clearer 'Admin' section header (thicker centred rule when collapsed) above the
admin-only modules (Scheduler/Configuration/Users), replacing the faint hairline.
- A small role chip (admin/user/demo) next to the account name — an avatar-corner dot
when the rail is collapsed.
Tighten the hero + feature cards to punchy one-liners and surface current
capabilities: swap the standalone channel-manager card for live YouTube
search (folding tagging into the readable card). Regenerate the three
preview images (feed, channels, playlists) from a rich real account instead
of the sparse demo, so the landing shows what a full instance looks like.
EN/HU/DE.
The "Filters N active" badge and Clear all only tracked the sidebar facets
(tags/show/sort/content/date/channel), so the toolbar-level Source and the
Mine/Library scope neither bumped the count nor reset — inconsistent with
filtersToParams (which treats them as filters, so Save view/Share already
captured them).
- activeCount now includes Library scope and a non-default Source; "relevance"
(auto-applied while searching, no manual option) is excluded from the sort
count so typing a query no longer inflates the badge.
- Clear all resets scope back to "my" (Mine) and drops Source to organic,
alongside the facets. The search q is intentionally preserved.
- The header search box gets a clear (X) button when it holds a value, so the
search has its own reset (clearing it reverts the relevance sort to newest).
A new "Saved views" filter-sidebar widget (SavedViewsWidget): save the
current filters under a name, apply one with a click (active-highlighted
when it matches), rename, delete (confirm), drag-reorder, share by link
(reuses shareUrl), and star one as the default. The default view's filters
are mirrored to localStorage so loadInitialFilters applies it synchronously
on load/F5 (an api/url share link still wins; no default → last-session
filters as before). Hidden for the demo account. EN/HU/DE.
Clarified per intent: the results-count selector controls how many results each fetch gathers,
and Load more pulls another batch of that size (restored). The infinite query already threads the
count into every page, so Load more honours the selected size. Added a tooltip on the selector.
- Live-search view: a results-count selector (20/40/60/100) replaces manual load-more (the free
scrape source pages until that many are gathered); an 'these results are temporary' banner with
a 'Clear now' button that discards them 'as if never added' (api.clearSearch) and returns to
the feed.
- Channel blocklist: a Block/Unblock toggle + 'Blocked' badge on the channel page (blocked
channels don't auto-explore and their videos are hidden), and a 'Blocked channels' section in
the Channel manager with one-click unblock. ChannelDetail.blocked from the backend.
- Admin: a 'Purge discovery' button on the Scheduler page (immediate un-kept search/explore
cleanup). EN/HU/DE throughout.
- Channels manager: prominent channel-name search box and the 'Your tags' chips are now
clickable to filter the table by tag (replacing the hidden per-column DataTable popovers).
Both filter client-side over the status-filtered list; a focus-channel intent seeds the
search, the reset intent clears both.
- Feed 'Your tags' sidebar: count user tags in the facet endpoint (the 'other' category) and
make the widget contextual like language/topic — counts reflect the current filter and
zero-count chips hide (e.g. a source=search view with no tagged channels shows 'no matching
tags' instead of the full static list). EN/HU/DE searchPlaceholder.
A reusable BackToTop fades in once the active page's <main> is scrolled past ~600px and
smooth-scrolls it back to the top. Rendered once at the App root, portaled to <body> for
viewport-fixed placement (bottom-right, below the chat dock), and re-binds to the live <main> on
navigation (page or channel change) so it works on every scrollable page incl. the channel page.

Frontend for the channel-explore feature:
- ChannelPage: banner/avatar/stats header, Subscribe/unsubscribe, an "exploring" badge
while browsing an un-subscribed channel, Videos/About tabs. Reuses Feed scoped to the
channel (scope=all + source=all so the per-user ephemeral videos show). Auto-ingests
recent uploads on first visit (background, with a loading note) + "Load more from
YouTube" to page deeper; skipped for demo / already-subscribed channels.
- App: openChannel/closeChannel as a Back-aware sub-view (history.state._chan, mirrors the
YT-search _yt pattern); ChannelPage takes over the content column, nav rail stays.
- ChannelLink/cards/player: the channel name now opens our channel page (onChannelFilter →
onOpenChannel); the in-card "only this channel" filter button is dropped (the page
subsumes it). PlayerModal channel-name wiring follows in the next commit.
- api: channelDetail + exploreChannel; ChannelDetail/ExploreResult types.
- i18n EN/HU/DE: channel namespace, explore_cleanup scheduler labels, explore config group,
channels_explore quota label.
Frontend for the Mine search finds + relevance search:
- The Source filter (organic / include search / search-only) now shows in Mine
scope too, not just the Library.
- Returning from a YouTube search via 'Back to feed' switches the Source filter
to 'search' so your just-found videos show in the feed you land on (filtered
by the kept term).
- New 'Relevance' sort, offered while a search term is present and auto-selected
when you start searching (reverts to newest when you clear it). EN/HU/DE.
Adds player-modal shortcuts and keeps keyboard focus on the modal (not the
cross-origin player iframe) on open and on player-ready, so they work until you
click into YouTube's native controls:
- F: toggle fullscreen (the player stage element, so the volume flash stays
visible; a :fullscreen CSS rule drops the 16:9 letterbox). Esc in fullscreen
exits fullscreen only, without also closing the modal.
- Space: play/pause (ignored while a button/input is focused).
- Scroll wheel over the video: volume up/down with an auto-fading volume-bar
overlay. A transparent interaction layer over the iframe catches the wheel
(the cross-origin iframe otherwise swallows it) and maps click to play/pause;
it leaves the bottom strip uncovered so YouTube's native control bar (seek /
settings / captions / fullscreen) stays usable, and is hidden on an embed
error so the 'Open on YouTube' CTA stays clickable.

The search response now reports its source; in scrape mode (zero quota) the
results banner and Load-more button drop the 'uses quota' wording. Adds the
search_source toggle's labels/hints and updates the per-user-limit hint to note
the cost only applies to the api source. EN/HU/DE.
Replace the binary 'show search-discovered' toggle with a 3-way Source selector in the
Library toolbar, so users can also see ONLY search-discovered videos — not just hide or
mix them. Backend: feed param library_source = organic (default, hides via_search) | all
(both) | search (only via_search), applied in scope=all. Strings in HU/EN/DE.
Surface live YouTube search in the existing feed, triggered explicitly so the
expensive API call is never per-keystroke.
- Header: the search box still filters the local catalog as you type; Enter or a
YouTube button escalates the term to a live search (hidden for the demo account).
- Feed: a dedicated infinite query renders results in the same VirtualFeed cards +
in-app player, under a banner with a back button and a quota note. No auto-paginate
(each page spends 100 units) — an explicit 'Load more (uses quota)' button instead;
quota/limit errors (incl. 429) shown inline. The empty local feed offers a
'Search YouTube for <q>' CTA.
- Library: a 'Search-discovered' toggle reveals search-ingested videos (hidden by
default); sent as exclude_search_discovered.
- Admin: search_daily_limit_per_user config field; new videos_search quota label.
- All new strings translated in HU/EN/DE.
- formatEta was hardcoded English (violated the trilingual rule) -> time.eta.* keys
in EN/HU/DE; Scheduler's countdown 'now' likewise.
- relativeFromMs added to format.ts; NotificationsPanel drops its duplicate
relativeTime/relativeFromMs and the now-orphaned notifications.time.* keys.
- Channels' fmtTotalDuration moved to format.ts as formatTotalHours.
New youtube_api_proxy setting (env fallback + admin Config UI, env YOUTUBE_API_PROXY):
when set, the YouTubeClient routes all its httpx traffic through that HTTP(S) proxy.
Lets a dynamic-IP host send API calls through a fixed-IP host (e.g. the server over
private tunnel) so an IP-restricted API key keeps working. Empty = direct.
Eight confirmations stated a bare fact without saying what they acted on. Pass
the entity through the mutation variables and interpolate it: channel
unsubscribe/reset name the channel, whitelist/demo-whitelist adds name the
email, tag delete names the tag, and playlist revert/push name the playlist.
EN/HU/DE.
Move messaging out of the notification center into its own left-nav module
(own page, own unread badge), so a reload returns to it and notifications stay
separate. Add a Messenger-style floating dock (bottom-right): pop a conversation
out from the page, keep chatting across navigation, minimise (rollup) or close.
- Messages is now a routed page; NotificationsPanel reverts to inbox-only and the
nav badge no longer mixes in messages.
- Extract shared KeyGate + ChatThread (used by both the page and dock windows);
e2ee exposes a shared unlock subscription so page and dock agree.
- ChatDock (always mounted for human users) owns the app-wide live-message
subscription and per-device key restore. EN/HU/DE strings.
A Messages tab in the notification center (hidden for demo): set up secure
messaging with a passphrase (key generated + wrapped in-browser via WebCrypto,
stored non-extractable per device), unlock on other devices, then chat with
end-to-end encrypted, live-delivered messages. The server-authored Siftlode
welcome is readable before any key setup.
- lib/e2ee.ts: ECDH P-256 + HKDF + AES-GCM, PBKDF2-wrapped key, IndexedDB.
- lib/messagesSocket.ts: WebSocket client with backoff reconnect.
- Messages.tsx: key gate, conversation list with decrypted previews, directory,
thread with client-side decrypt + encrypt-on-send. Unread feeds the nav badge.

- Multi-step first-run wizard (intro → admin → Google → SMTP → finish), shown by App while the
instance reports configured=false; the one-time token comes from the setup URL (?token=) and is
sent as X-Setup-Token on every step. Google/SMTP steps appear only when secrets can be stored.
- App holds the 'me' query until setup status is known (so it doesn't 503 against the setup lock);
a missing/invalid token shows a 'use the link from the logs' screen. EN/HU/DE.
- Build the Google OAuth client lazily from sysconfig (DB override, env fallback) and re-register
when the credentials change, so the install wizard / admin can set them without a restart.
- New 'google' config group (google_client_id/secret, encrypted) on the Configuration page; the
token-refresh reads the creds the same way.
- Public GET /auth/config exposes google_enabled; the login page hides 'Continue with Google'
when Google OAuth isn't configured (email+password still works).
- Serve real files at the SPA root (e.g. /welcome/*.png, favicon) from the built app — the
landing screenshots were only ever shown by the Vite dev server, never in production.
- Add the Channel-manager screenshot; the two secondary previews are smaller thumbnails that
open in a custom full-size lightbox (fit-to-viewport, Esc/backdrop/✕ to close).
- Drop a suspended/deleted user to the login page on the next 401 (and poll the session only
while signed in, so the public login page no longer flickers); 'suspended' and 'account
deleted' confirmation banners; strip redirect query params for a clean address bar.
- New Users page tabs (Users & roles / Access requests / Demo) and a tab-ified Configuration
page, both via a reusable Tabs component (persisted active tab).
- Admin can suspend/unsuspend (migration 0023 adds users.is_suspended) and delete accounts
from the Users & roles tab, with guards (demo / self / last admin).
- Email notifications to the affected user: suspended (reactive, on a blocked sign-in),
reinstated, role changed, and account deleted; the approval email now carries a clickable
app link. The scheduled/manual demo reset also seeds sample channel subscriptions.
- Hide the 'unverified email' chip for Google accounts (Google attests the email).
- Link a Google account to a password account, and adopt the Google identity onto a matching
email account instead of 500ing on a duplicate; set or change a password from Settings.
- Expose has_google/has_password on /api/me for the Sign-in methods UI.
- Mark Google logins email-verified (backfill existing rows, migration 0024); stop a routine
login from clobbering an admin-assigned role (env ADMIN_EMAILS stays the bootstrap admin).
- Suspension login-gates (password + Google callback + current_user) with a rate-limited
'suspended' notice; shared purge_user (cascade delete + access-request cleanup + Google-grant
revoke) behind self- and admin-deletion; single app_base source for user-facing email links.
The pending-access-requests notification still said "review in Settings -> Account",
but that moved to the new Users page in 5a. Update the text (EN/HU/DE), and give the
notification a durable inbox link ("Review" -> Users page) via a new access-requests
meta kind (persists across reload, unlike a live action callback). Also stop it
piling up: persisted notices reload as dismissed history, so the old dedupe never
matched and a fresh copy was added every load — now removeByMetaKind drops any prior
access-requests notice before re-issuing, keeping exactly one current nudge.
Add DELETE /api/me/account: permanently erases the signed-in account and all its
personal data — OAuth tokens, subscriptions, tags, video states, playlists,
notifications all cascade on the users row (FK ON DELETE CASCADE); quota-audit
events are kept but anonymised (SET NULL); the email's invite/whitelist row is
removed too. Guards: the shared demo account can't be deleted, and the last
remaining admin can't delete itself. Frontend: a Danger zone in Settings -> Account
(non-demo) with a danger-confirm; on success the session clears and the app lands
on the welcome page. EN/HU/DE. Verified via curl: self-delete + session clear +
demo 403.
A security audit of every mutating endpoint found no isolation gaps — all routes
scope by current_user, admin routes are gated, and the demo account is sandboxed
in its own user_id space (can't reach others' data, escalate, or hit admin
routes). The remaining demo concern is communal pollution of its own shared state,
so add an automatic reset: a new 'demo_reset' scheduler job (admin-tunable
interval, default 12h) reuses the manual reset logic, and no-ops without ever
creating a demo account if none exists. Verified: a triggered run wiped the demo's
video states and re-seeded its sample playlists.
Replace the old Google-only login card with a public landing page (Welcome.tsx):
hero + auth card (email+password Sign in / Create account / Forgot password,
Continue with Google, explicit Try-the-demo) over a feature pitch (6 pain->solution
cards) and demo-account screenshot slots (graceful placeholder until the images are
dropped into frontend/public/welcome/). Auth forms wire to the 5a endpoints; errors
show inline via a new req() quiet flag (no global modal for a wrong password).
Handles ?verify, ?reset (set-new-password form), ?access banners. EN/HU/DE.
Verified end-to-end on a fresh load: render, register->approve->password-login.
New admin-only Users page (sidebar): Users & roles (list + promote/demote with
confirm; self/demo/last-admin guarded server-side), plus the Access requests
(Invite whitelist) and Demo whitelist+reset migrated out of Settings → Account
(same data/tables — UI relocated only). Settings → Account now holds personal
content only. ConfigPanel learns a boolean field type (toggle) for the new
allow_registration setting. api methods, new 'users' page/route/nav/header, and
EN/HU/DE strings (new users namespace + access group).
Register youtube_api_key in the sysconfig registry as a secret and resolve it from
the DB-override-or-env layer in YouTubeClient (self.db is in scope). Adds a YouTube
API group to the Configuration page (EN/HU/DE).
Google OAuth client id/secret stay env-only for now: the authlib client is
registered at module load (auth.py), and the token-refresh reads them too, so a
runtime DB override needs a lazy/re-registerable OAuth client — that belongs to the
install-wizard epic (first-boot OAuth config without restart). Admin-role-via-UI
moves to the auth-overhaul epic (user management lives there).
